AnyTech365 is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Weekend Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a competitive nature who enjoys working in a high-paced environment and a hands-on approach to team development.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging data-driven insights.
Lead and mentor the Sales team along with the team leader in a multicultural environment, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing sales training programs in coordination with our L&D team.
Heavily monitor and assess team and individual performance using KPIs, providing feedback and action plans as priority
Analyze sales data and trends, making data-driven decisions and reporting results to the sales direction.
Promote and maintain a culture of integrity and compliance within the team in collaboration with our Compliance department.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for efficiency.
Act as a Hiring Manager.
Maintain an performance evaluation and feedback culture within the team.
Participate in special projects.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in diverse environments, including BPO and in-house revenue generation.
Experience in recovery projects such as Winback and Retention as well as Inbound.
Strong analytical and strategic skills for creating effective sales strategies.
Leadership experience with multicultural sales teams and strong personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
