AnyTech365 is recruiting for its office in Casablanca a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead and drive the acquisition strategy, playing a key role in expanding our customer base and market presence reporting directly to the Sales Director.

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Forecasting and creating targets and KPIs for the Inbound teams in collaboration with the Sales Direction.
- Working and fulfilling the Sales Roadmap with the Sales Direction, working on different process and strategies as the business require.
- Manage the Inbound Operations performing on day-to-day activity, monitoring and delivery of KPIs, requirements and expectations from our partners.
- Working closely with all Inbound team and in parallel with Recovery team, promoting an organic operational flow.
- Ensuring the Team Leads high performance and positive work environment, strategic direction and develop an effective strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Ensure all agents are reporting to their positions as per the agreed schedule shared with the team.
- Respond to stakeholder requests via various communication channels.
- Provide constructive feedback to sales staff and address any issues that arise.
- Overseeing the sales agents evaluations, 1-1s and performance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing acquisition team (INBOUND).
- Assist with the recruitment process conducting the agents’ interviews and making the final selection.
- Reporting and working in alignment with the Sales Direction.
