WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE

• You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us - you must give the best first impression of AnyTech365.

• You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check – using our professional toolkit to scan the device.

• You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide suggestions to the potential customer.

• You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians to provide comprehensive service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given.

• Communication and social skills.

• High level of Portuguese and English/Spanish (Native Speaker).

• Passionate about technologies.

• Outgoing.

• Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together.
