WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals for growth.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring resource optimization and target achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination.
- Monitor sales performance using KPIs and report to top management.
- Create and maintain partnerships with key clients.
- Supervise and support Sales Heads and Managers.
- Contribute to defining financial targets and commission structures.
- Shape company policies related to sales
