AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Torremolinos & Marbella Dutch Compliance/IT Support agent.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Receiving calls, assisting remotely and responding to electronic requests
- Understand and use best practices to provide first level support and the best possible customer service as soon as possible
- Perform remote cleaning as indicated
- Resolve problems from the first call, as far as possible, using the knowledge retained during the training and searching through the available documentation.
- Record problems in the database
- Possess the ability to dynamically understand and retain changing information in relation to the support department and the organization

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given.
- Communication and social skills
- High level of English
- Native level of Dutch
- Passionate about technologies
- Outgoing
- Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
