AnyTech365 is recruiting for its offices in Casablanca a Retention Manager.
WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Check previous day performance (KPIs)
• Report/Make the statement of the day based on the performance indicators and TL feedbacks and email it to SD and COO
• Make sure “shift-tasks” are completed timely and accurately
• Confirm all agents are on Rota (assigned to a correct shift)
• Make sure all stakeholders’ requests are answered
• Ensure up to date feedback to staff, and report/escalate issues when needed
• Make the ROTA and share it with the TL
• Know the Team KPIs, understand the actions needed to be put in place, collectively or individually, to impact them daily. Report all actions taken in the appropriate channels including call analysis and feedbacks on daily calls
• Act as a Hiring Manager when needed
• Inform agents of the evaluation process and their scores
• Collaborate with Compliance department
• Participate in special projects

- At least three years of experience in sales or IT/tech support management
- Communication and social skills
- High level of English and French
- Passionate about technologies
- Be a team player: flexible, supportive, encouraging, prepared to listen, learn and improve together
