German Sales Team Leader
AnyTech365 is recruiting for its office in Casablanca a German Sales Team Leader 💻, We're looking for someone who has a real passion for technology and the art of driving sales!

WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
- Day-to-day activities of your team (monitoring attendance and behaviour).
- Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.
- Assist in the smooth running of the team.
- Main responsible for sales training and live coaching of the team.
- Make follow up of the KPI’s to ensure the team is aligned with the company objectives.
- Assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met.
- Follow up of performance and development of team members.
Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis to Line Manager. - Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Superior studies in the field.
- Experience in telecommunication sales, or B2C sales.
- German language as native or similar (living in Germany for years). Preferable proficiency in other language such us: French, Arabic or English.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field (Sales agent or Sales team leader).
